Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Fengo mobile application and related web services. By using Fengo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Fengo provides tools for cataloging cargo clothing, creating weekly rotation plans, comparing saved items, reviewing usage, and accessing optional paid features. Recommendations and reports are provided for organizational and informational purposes and do not guarantee a particular result.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your region. You are responsible for activity performed through your installation or account and for keeping your device secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you provide. You grant Fengo a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate features you request. You must have the rights necessary to use the content and must not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or purchase validation, access the service through unauthorized automation, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use Fengo to violate another person’s rights.
6. Purchases and Rotation Coins
Eligible purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Prices and availability are displayed in the App Store purchase flow. Rotation Coins are digital app functionality, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside Fengo, and are credited after transaction verification. Refund requests are handled under applicable App Store policies and law.
7. Account deletion and termination
You may use the in-app deletion option to request deletion of your account information. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may publish revised Terms when the service changes. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fengo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that cannot lawfully be required. Fengo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
