Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Fengo handles information when you use the Fengo mobile application and its related web pages. Fengo helps users catalog cargo clothing, plan weekly rotations, compare saved items, and manage Rotation Coin purchases.

2. Information we process

• Profile and preference information you choose to provide, such as a display name, avatar selection, saved items, schedules, and notification preferences.
• Photos, camera input, and optional voice notes that you select or create for your personal archive.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, including an app installation identifier, app version, push notification token, session status, and diagnostic network information.
• Purchase information needed to validate App Store transactions, such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, signed transaction data, and order references. Fengo does not receive your full payment-card details.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide and maintain app features, synchronize service configuration, deliver requested notifications, validate purchases, protect account and transaction integrity, respond to support requests, and diagnose service problems.

4. Photos and device permissions

Camera, photo-library, microphone, and notification access is requested only when required for the feature you choose. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Personal media is not used for advertising. If a feature needs to send content to a remote service, the app will identify that action in context before submission.

5. Service providers

Fengo may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, content delivery, real-time messaging, App Store purchases, and operational support. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You can request account deletion from within the app. Deletion removes or de-identifies associated server-side information unless retention is required by law or for transaction security. Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app.

7. Security

Fengo uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children

Fengo is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the user’s region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

9. International use and changes

Information may be processed in regions where Fengo or its providers operate. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published.
